I always order the turkey burger combo and the sandwich is always great. I don't care for the fries they are to hard and never the same. The owner is really never friendly to me I 'm a Vietnam Era Veteran and I'm pretty sure she doesn't like military as in five years she has never said two words to me. an employee that she has there sometime wants to be friendly but normally acts like the owner and just can't be nice. OH well maybe one day she'll say something to me and maybe even thank me for my military service since I've been going there for ten years never said hello ONE TIME!!

I passed by this place all the time for years, there's not many places you can grab an entire cheeseburger combo for under $10, and they load up on the fries! Tastes great, great prices with plenty of deals and doesn't give me acid reflux like most fast food places, thats a big win for me. Burger Town USA one of the few places offering fair prices in today's economy and I love to come and support this business. The lady who runs the place is always super nice and very detailed, never had my order wrong!

$8 for a Cheeseburger Combo (Cheeseburger, Fries and a Soft Drink) this is unheard of in todays economy .. Amazing! The burger is big and tasty, fries are decent and comes with a medium sized soft drink if you are in the area hungry and want a good burger at a great price.. try this spot!

With the whole fast food prices getting ridiculous thing, I decided to come here out of spite. I'd much rather support a mom n pop shop and at the same time pay less for a much better quality product. And boy, was it good. I got a California burger, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. Way too much food. The burger is massive. The fries are for 2. The shake is DENSE. And the fries were hot and crispy. The burger had really good flavor, definitely had that charbroiled taste. The milkshake was awesome too! I really wasn't expecting much, but it was really good. I see a lot of complaints about the woman who works here and likely owns the place. To be honest, I think it's pretty funny and it wouldn't impact my review if she was snappy or impatient or whatever. But I've been here twice now and she is super friendly! So don't be scared of the reviews. Also, I was the only one there at 7pm on a Friday night. So please go and support them. You'll realize what you've been missing!

First time here, so we only tried the 1/4 pound cheeseburgers to be on the safe side. The cheese could've been melted a touch more, but that was the only tip to give-- an easy 4 star out of 5 burger. This burger was actually grilled and gave it much more flavor than other places. We went through the drive through, so I can say anything about the interior of the restaurant. The menu was pretty extensive and gave a diner feel because they offered burgers, breakfast, and shakes. The service was great and ran really smooth when we were there. I appreciated that the prices were fair, unlike so many other places now, so we will definitely head back to burger town soon! Support local!

I have been here several times over the past year. I have always received good food in a clean environment with courteous and helpful customer service. I have had breakfast here a time or two which was good. Mostly, I have had their hamburger special. A hamburger with lettuce, tomato, red onion, thousand island dressing, etc. This comes with a mountain of French fries and a fountain drink. At this time, the price is a very reasonable $6.95. I struggle to eat this because it is a fair amount of food. I read some reviews complaining about the speed of the drive thru. I have not tried the drive thru. However, when you consider that they cook all the food fresh per order. No mountains of food waiting under heat lamps like most fast food chains. Seems reasonable to wait for freshly cooked food at a fair price. I like supporting this mom and pop business.

My son and his friends used to walk here after school. They love the owner because she was always so nice to them. Last week I drive 5 of the kids to an away basketball game and stopped at a Carls Jr in the way. My bill was $80 and i was given the wrong drinks! Today I brought the same 5 kids to Burger Town on the way to their game. I got 5 cheeseburger specials, all with different drinks, and each burger was different (no tomato but add bacon, only onion, only lettuce, etc) and my bill was $46! The burgers and fries were so much better too! AND our complicated order was perfect! Yes, the food takes a little longer than the average drive through but the food is made to order. The kids inhaled their burgers because they were so good! We always get great service here because we come often and the owner remembers us, especially when there's a car full of kids in school uniforms. There's a saying in the service industry--quality, speed, price pick two. I'm always ok with my food taking a little longer knowing I'll get good quality food at great prices.

Came back 2 more times since my last review. For their turkey burger. Honestly, the food is good. The owner was much nicer this last time. I'd recommend this place strictly because their food tastes very good.

My husband and I tried this place out today and the breakfast was delicious and affordable too! We have been to the location in Fontana but were skeptical about trying this one after seeing so many comments on the poor service. Glad we decided to try it anyway because we had a positive experience. The lady at the front counter (owner I'm assuming) was very nice to us. If anything I'd say she's probably stressed out and rushing to get everything done herself. She was the only one I saw taking orders both inside the restaurant and drive-thru. And she must've asked someone to park on the side to wait for their drive-thru order because at one point we saw her take food out to a car. Again, she was the only one working the front counter and taking drive-thru orders when we were there, so I don't think she's "rude", she's just in a hurry. No complaints from us and we'll definitely be going back, especially for the price we paid.
